The room we got was cozy and had everything we needed - an electric kettle, air conditioner, and even an iron to keep our clothes looking sharp! 🌟.

I enjoyed the hotel, its well-appointed room and very welcoming staff.

Had SUCH WONDERFUL stay for one night, the staff were flexible, location was unbeatable on the main pedestrian street. There were very comfy beds and flat-screen television, a dining area, and a writing table in the double room. The bathroom had a bidet, which was great.

The accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance to the town center and bus stops for easy access to Porto Venere and nearby cities.

We really enjoyed the excellent and incredible location of the guest house, it's really close to the central station, restaurants, shops, and the pedestrian zone in La Spezia.

Everything was brand-new, had a really great stay for one night. My double room with large comfortable bed and bathroom plus the facilities was incredibly comfortable. Marvellous location to attractions like Slipstream Sculpture, that was steps away from the hotel. I truly enjoyed being able to walk from the train station.

The breakfast offered a variety of delicious food, and the hotel's location was right in the heart of a bustling pedestrian area.

had a fantastic stay at this guest house in la spezia! the staff was super helpful and even let us store our luggage after check-out. the room was spacious and had a small fridge. loved the location, close to shops and a short walk to the harbor. highly recommended!

The location is unbeatable, perfect to explore the city, with shops, cafes, and restaurants just around the corner. It is also a short walk away from the train station, which makes it easy to visit Cinque Terre. the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and great showers. the hosts are very helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home.

Although the location is great, it can get noisy, especially during peak season. the windows are not soundproof, and you can hear street noise early in the morning and late at night.

Great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal, close to public transport and local attractions. The common areas were kept clean and well presented, with free coffee and tea. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.

Some noise from the street was audible in the room, but it wasn't enough to disturb our sleep. The bathroom was slightly small, but this didn't detract from our overall experience.
